Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Padroni Hosting, including hosting, domains, email, website services, technical support, maintenance, reseller services, and related online services.

Introduction

By using Padroni Hosting services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms should be read together with any quote, invoice, service agreement, support agreement, package details, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy made available by Padroni Hosting.

Parties

This agreement is between Padroni Hosting, referred to as “Padroni Hosting”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, and the client using or requesting our services, referred to as “the client”, “you”, or “your”.

Services

Padroni Hosting may provide services including, but not limited to:

  • Website hosting
  • Domain registration and management
  • Business email services
  • DNS management
  • Website design and development
  • Website support
  • Technical support
  • Maintenance plans
  • Reseller hosting
  • Hosting transfers and migrations

The exact services provided will depend on the selected package, quote, invoice, agreement, or support request.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account and billing information
  • Keeping login details and passwords secure
  • Ensuring invoices are paid on time
  • Supplying correct domain, hosting, email, and account information when support is requested
  • Ensuring that websites, email accounts, and hosted content are used lawfully
  • Keeping independent copies of important data where necessary
  • Ensuring domain ownership and contact details are accurate and up to date
  • Informing Padroni Hosting of changes that may affect service delivery

Payments and Billing

All services are provided on a prepaid or agreed billing basis unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension, interruption, or cancellation.

All outstanding invoices, regardless of the service type, may affect the client’s account and services. This may include hosting, domains, email, technical support, website work, maintenance, or other services.

Suspension of Services

Padroni Hosting may suspend services where:

  • An invoice remains unpaid
  • A service is misused
  • A website or account causes server, security, spam, or abuse issues
  • A client breaches these Terms & Conditions
  • Continued service may place Padroni Hosting, its clients, servers, providers, or systems at risk

Padroni Hosting will attempt to communicate with the client where reasonably possible, but urgent suspension may be necessary in cases involving abuse, security risks, spam, malware, or unlawful activity.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing from the registered account holder or authorised contact.

Some services may require a notice period. Domain registration fees, renewal fees, third-party fees, setup fees, and certain once-off services may be non-refundable.

Where refunds apply, they will be reviewed according to the service type, billing period, third-party costs, and work already completed.

Domain Registration and Renewals

Domain registration and renewal fees are generally non-refundable once processed.

The client is responsible for ensuring that domain renewal invoices are paid on time. Failure to renew a domain may result in expiry, suspension, redemption fees, or loss of the domain.

The registered domain holder remains responsible for ensuring that domain ownership and contact details are accurate and up to date.

Padroni Hosting will assist with domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and reminders where possible, but the client remains responsible for maintaining active payment and contact details.

Hosting and Email Services

Hosting and email services are subject to fair use, package limits, server limits, acceptable use rules, and technical restrictions.

Padroni Hosting may recommend upgrades, cleanup, security action, or suspension where accounts exceed reasonable limits, affect server performance, or create risk for other clients.

Backups

While Padroni Hosting takes reasonable steps to assist with backups and recovery where applicable, clients remain responsible for keeping independent copies of important website files, email data, databases, and business information unless a managed backup agreement is in place.

Padroni Hosting cannot guarantee that every backup will always be available, complete, or restorable unless this is specifically included in a written service agreement.

Support

Support is provided according to the service type, selected package, maintenance plan, SLA, or once-off support request.

Padroni Hosting will make reasonable efforts to assist with technical issues, but support does not guarantee that every issue can be resolved, especially where third-party systems, outdated software, unsupported devices, external providers, malware, client-side settings, or incomplete access prevent resolution.

Website Design and Development

Website design and development work is based on the agreed quote, package, or written scope.

Any work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. This may include additional pages, advanced functionality, eCommerce, copywriting, premium plugins, major revisions, custom integrations, or ongoing maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

Padroni Hosting will take reasonable steps to provide reliable service and support. However, Padroni Hosting will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business, loss of profit, data loss, service interruption, downtime, or third-party service failure.

The client agrees that services such as hosting, domains, email, DNS, websites, software, and third-party platforms may be affected by factors outside Padroni Hosting’s direct control.

Third-Party Providers

Some services may rely on third-party providers, including domain registrars, hosting platforms, payment processors, email systems, software providers, control panels, or infrastructure providers.

Padroni Hosting is not responsible for outages, delays, price changes, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, but will assist where reasonably possible.

Lawful Use

Clients may only use Padroni Hosting services for lawful purposes. Services may not be used for unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activity.

Further rules are set out in Padroni Hosting’s Acceptable Use Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Padroni Hosting may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.
