About Padroni Hosting
Padroni IT Solutions was founded by the late Conrad Pretorius, whose hands-on approach, industry knowledge, and passion for practical IT support helped shape the foundation of the business.
Conrad’s journey in the IT industry began after completing his studies in 1995, when he started Short Circuit Computers, his first venture in the field. Although his career later expanded into other industries, including property, his passion for IT was reignited while working as a support engineer for a hosting company.
It was during this time that Conrad saw how much clients valued clear communication, reliable service, and real support from people who understood the pressure of broken email, expired domains, website problems, hosting errors, and technical issues. That experience became part of the foundation on which Padroni was built.
Today, Padroni continues in that same practical, client-focused spirit. We help businesses manage the everyday technical side of being online — including hosting, domains, email, DNS records, migrations, website support, and ongoing technical assistance.
